Providing a sense of community

Charlene began her career at Providence Mount St. Vincent (aka The Mount, a skilled nursing facility and preschool) in 1979 as an occupational therapist. Within a few years, she had become assistant administrator and then administrator for The Mount. She shares with her friend and former boss, Robert, she felt her role as administrator was to provide the residents a sense of normalcy.
