The roadshow to chaplaincy less traveled
- Featuring: Jamez Terry & Susan Halvor
- Date Submitted: Feb 7, 2023
- Location: Alaska
Jamez felt the call to become a chaplain while on tour for a multimedia performance art extravaganza with an all-trans cast. They took the show to the heart of America to meet people where they were, and he saw the positive impact this show had on the cast and communities. Religion and faith had always been important to him, but while on tour he learned many in the trans community felt rejected by their faiths and communities and knew he needed to help fill that gap.
